Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026
This policy is a general-purpose template describing how algorixe.com is currently built and what data it does and doesn't collect. It is not a substitute for legal advice — have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it, especially once you add forms, analytics, or e-commerce functionality.

Who we are

ALGORIXE LLC ("Algorixe," "we," "us," or "our") is a software development company based in Detroit, Michigan, providing custom software development, mobile app development, 3D website development, and custom AI agent solutions. This policy explains how we handle information collected through algorixe.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

The Site does not include account creation, contact forms, or analytics scripts. It does embed a Calendly scheduling widget on the contact section. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

How we use information

Where you contact us directly, we use the information you provide to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

How we share information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

Third-party resources the Site loads

To display and run the Site, your browser fetches a small number of resources from third-party servers. Each of these providers receives your IP address and standard request headers as part of serving the file, under its own privacy policy:

None of these resources are used by us to track you, and we set no cookies of our own — though Calendly sets its own cookies inside the scheduling widget, as described under Cookies above. The footer also links to our LinkedIn company page; LinkedIn collects no data from you through the Site itself — its own policies apply only once you visit linkedin.com.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. The Site has no analytics, no advertising tags, and no tracking pixels, and nothing we control writes a cookie to your device.

However, the Site is not cookie-free. When the scheduling section of the contact area loads, the Calendly widget is served from Calendly’s own servers inside an embedded frame, and Calendly may set its own cookies — typically to keep your booking session working and to remember your preferences. These are third-party cookies set by Calendly under its own privacy policy, not by us, and we cannot read them.

Because those cookies belong to Calendly, Calendly displays its own cookie notice within the scheduling widget where required. You can review and manage your choices through the cookie settings link shown in that notice. We deliberately leave that notice enabled rather than suppressing it, so that your consent is handled by the party actually setting the cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking third-party cookies may prevent the scheduling widget from working correctly; if that happens, you can still reach us by email or phone using the details below. The rest of the Site works normally without cookies.

For details of Calendly’s own data practices, see Calendly’s privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect information shared with us, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you've shared with us. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves — for example, if we add analytics, forms, or new integrations. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
