Runs a repair job from booking to payment, with a console for the shop and an app for the customer.

Overview

A management platform for a vehicle repair shop, covering a job from the moment it’s booked to the moment it’s paid. Each job moves through a defined sequence of stages — requested, inspecting, awaiting approval, approved, in repair, invoiced, ready for pickup, completed (plus a cancellable terminal state) — so its status is never in doubt and nothing stalls unnoticed between the front desk and the bay. Mechanics and admin staff work from a web console; customers track their vehicle and approve work from a mobile app; both run against the same shared data, so neither side is ever looking at a stale picture.

Internal work order and asset management for any organisation with things that break — a dealership, a hospital, a school, an office. Staff raise a fault from their phone in under thirty seconds; managers get a live view of what's outstanding, where it sits and who's dealing with it. Departments, locations and categories are configured per organisation rather than fixed, so the same system suits a workshop's service bays or a hospital's wards without being rebuilt. Access is role-based across administrator, manager and employee, so staff see their own reports while managers see the full operational picture. Over time it accumulates a record of every asset, repair, supplier and sum spent — institutional memory that would otherwise walk out of the door with whoever last handled the job.
